What we do
Everything that breaks on a coach,

We carry the parts that actually fail on Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels — and we stock for the chassis underneath them too, because a lot of "RV problems" turn out to be Ford, Chevy or Mercedes problems wearing a house on top.

Batteries, charging & 12V electrical
House and chassis battery testing, load checks, replacement, isolators, converters, inverters, and the parasitic draws that flatten a coach over a two-week sit. We chase the draw instead of just selling you another battery.

Brakes, bearings & suspension
Pads, rotors, calipers, brake fluid, and the trailer-side stuff people forget until a wheel is smoking: repacking bearings, adjusting electric brakes, checking leaf springs and shackles before a long haul.

Slide-outs, awnings & levelers
A slide that won't retract is a trip-ender. We diagnose the motor, the controller, the switch and the wiring in that order, and we can manually retract a stuck slide so you can at least get moving.

Plumbing, water & propane
Leak tracing, fresh-water pump replacement, toilet and valve reseals, winterizing and de-winterizing, plus propane leak testing and regulator replacement before the first cold weekend.

Appliances & rooftop units
Fridges that won't cool on propane, furnaces that short-cycle, water heaters, and A/C units that blow warm in July. We clean, test and repair before we recommend replacing — a lot of "dead" rooftop units are a $40 part and an hour of labour.

Pre-trip & pre-purchase inspections
Buying used? We'll meet you at the seller's address and go through the roof, the seals, the undercarriage, the electrical and the appliances before you hand over a deposit. Written summary the same day.

Hitches, towing & weight setup
Hitch installation, weight-distribution and sway control setup, brake controller wiring, and a straight answer about whether your half-ton should actually be pulling that trailer.

Step one
Call and describe it
Tell us the year, make and model of the coach, where it's parked, and what it's doing — or not doing. A photo of the problem texted to the same number saves us a trip back for parts.

We quote before we roll
You get a callout fee and an honest labour estimate on the phone. If it's something we can talk you through fixing yourself, we'll say so. We'd rather lose the job than waste your evening.

Repair on site
The truck carries tools, a compressor, a generator, test gear and the common failure parts. Most jobs are finished in a single visit. If a part has to be ordered, you'll know the same day and we'll book the return.

Everything we pull off goes in a box and into your hands, with a plain-language note on what failed and what to watch next season. No mystery invoices.

would come out to the rig.
YYZ RV Mobile Repair grew out of a simple frustration. RV owners in the GTA were being told the same thing over and over: bring it in. Bring a thirty-foot coach in, through city traffic, to a shop that doesn't have room for it, and leave it there for three weeks while the season burns off.
We work out of a base on Brandon Gate Drive in Mississauga, a few minutes from the 427 and the 407, which puts most of Etobicoke, North York, Brampton, Vaughan and the west end of Toronto inside a reasonable drive. The truck is set up for the jobs that actually stop a trip — electrical, brakes, slides, water and propane — and we keep the common parts on board so a single visit usually finishes the work.
We're open around the clock because breakdowns don't check a schedule. The 2 a.m. call is usually someone with a slide half out and a ferry to catch, or a family parked at a Walmart off the Queensway with a coach that won't turn over. Those are the calls we built this for.

beats a shop visit.
A coach is a house on a chassis. Moving it to a repair bay means emptying the fridge, folding the slides, unhooking the water and sewer, and driving something thirty feet long through traffic that was not designed for it. Then you wait.
We bring the bay to the driveway. Same tools, same parts, same licensed hands — without the tow bill or the three-week queue.
